Annual Historical Society Preservation Picnic
2003 Preservation Award Winners

You are cordially invited to attend the
Annual Historical Society Preservation Picnic
at
Dunaway Gardens
on
Saturday, May 17th, 2003.

Roast pork, soft drinks, and water will be provided by the Historical Society. Everyone is requested to bring their favorite side-dish or salad and dessert to be shared. Bring your own beverage of choice (BYOB) if you desire something other than what is provided.

Please wear casual clothes and comfortable shoes.

Sculptures and artists will be available for your pleasure and enjoyment throughout the gardens.

Sequence of Events will be as follows:

4:00 p.m. - Welcome
4:15 p.m. - 5:30p.m. - Picnic, socialize, and sight-seeing
5:30-6:00 - Awards and Recognition
6:00 - Picnic Officially Ends

This is a rain or shine event.
Tentage and shelter will be available if the weather is unfavorable.

Directions to Dunaway Gardens:

From Newnan, Turn off on Roscoe Road (HW 70) and travel approximately 6.5 miles.
At the sign for Dunaway Garden, turn left into the parking area. Please move as far forward as possible as a large crowd is expected.
